Can I request the same cleaning professional(s) each service?
We do our best to match you with the same cleaning professional(s) each and every clean, unless requested otherwise. This not only helps efficiency, but also enables cleaning staff to tailor the service to your individual needs.
Breakage / Damage Policy
In the unlikely event that any breakage or damage occurs to your home (or its contents) during our cleaning service, please notify us within 48 hours and one of our customer service representatives will guide you through our insurance claim procedure.
Do I need to be home for my booking?
No, you don’t need to be home to use our service. We service many clients’ homes when they are at work, or out enjoying their free time. Simply leave a key with us and we’ll do the rest.We find the following ways work best:Let the cleaners in – let them in and organise for them to call you on completion and/or lock up when they’re doneUse our secure key service – we offer a secure key service, which we recommend for regular customersLeave a key for us – if you’d prefer to leave or hide a key somewhere for us, inform us prior to our arrival and our cleaners will return it when the cleaning is complete.

It’s my first service and I’m not sure whether I need a Standard or Deep cleaning service?
We strongly recommend a deep cleaning service for all initial bookings and also recommend this service for all homes that have not been professionally cleaned in the past month. In the event that our staff arrive on site and your home requires a deep clean service and you’ve only booked a standard clean, you’ll be informed by one of our customer service representatives who’ll require your approval before commencing work. If approved, additional deep cleaning charges will be applied to your bill. However, if you’d prefer us not to go ahead with the deep cleaning service, our standard cancellation fees will apply. I’m moving out of my property, what cleaning package should I book?
We provide a popular and thorough Move In/Move Out service which includes a number additional extras.

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a booking $50 cancellation fee.
What services don’t we offer?
We do not offer the following services:
Large scale waste disposal (may be available at an additional cost)Wet wiping of lightbulbs, chandeliers and other light fixturesLifting and or/moving of heavy objects (over 10kg)Cleaning areas outside normal reachPutting away dishes, glasses etcCleaning of external windowsMold or pest removalDeep stain removalPet/animal waste
How long will the cleaning take?
This is dependent on a number of variables, including the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, additional extras, the amount of staff involved and the overall state of the property. If you require a time estimate please contact us for more information.
What is the Ready Maid guarantee?
